Cancellations & Rescheduling

Full refunds or rescheduling are available if you notify us at least 5 days prior to your scheduled experience. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be sent via email to info@lunaajourneys.org. Requests made within 5 days of the experience are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Weather & Visibility Disclaimer

Stargazing is a natural, outdoor experience and is inherently weather dependent. Visibility of celestial objects may be affected by cloud cover, humidity, haze or other atmospheric conditions.

By booking, you acknowledge that clear skies cannot be guaranteed and that reduced visibility due to weather or other atmospheric conditions does not constitute grounds for a refund.

In cases of cloud cover or rain, LUNAA Journeys will aim to provide alternative indoor astronomy storytelling and discovery activities to ensure the experience remains engaging and of value.

Refunds or credits will only be offered if weather conditions pose a safety risk, such as severe storms or hazardous conditions and the experience must be cancelled or ended early. The determination of unsafe conditions is made at the sole discretion of LUNAA Journeys.
